We believe that the engagement model for consulting in Financial Services must adapt to meet demand. We believe that there is an opportunity to disrupt the existing market by centering our proposition on experience, outcomes and value.

What we do

There are 3 core services that we provide to our clients to optimise their business:

Business Strategy. We enable our clients to formulate an achievable vision and strategy that can align the organisation towards shared goals and measurable business results

Business Architecture. We create a framework for delivery and operation that increases the likelihood of benefit realisation related to the organisations strategy and target operating model

Business Transformation. We partner with our clients to ensure that there is clear traceability between the execution and transformation of the business and the original strategy and business rationale

Our value proposition

We have spent time with our clients testing and validating what a preferred engagement partner provides to refine our value proposition

We are experience led. We understand our client’s business and add value from day 1

We are outcomes focused. We take ownership and are accountable for results providing genuine delivery assurance

We are value centered. The cost is not prohibitive to the engagement and reflects the value being delivered

We are market infrastructure and initiatives experts. We bring knowledge and insights that benefit our client’s organisation

We have an expansive network within financial markets. We are plugged into the industry fabric and can provide relevant peer comparisons, perspectives and benchmarks
