Hugh has 30 years of experience in Capital Markets, sales, trading, and risk management. He has worked in London and Tokyo and has run global businesses with traders in Asia, US and Europe.
Prior to joining JDX, Hugh was a founding partner of Terium LLP, a boutique FCA regulated credit advisory firm. Prior to Terium LLP, Hugh’s experience in investment banking included being Global Head of Credit Derivative Trading at UBS, Head of Property Derivative Trading at RBS and various sales and trading roles with Merrill Lynch, Barings and Sumitomo Finance.
Hugh joined JDX in 2015 to lead our Insurance Consulting business at JDX.
Keith has 35 years of experience in the London insurance market.
Prior to joining JDX, Keith had various senior executive roles within the Marsh Global Group. These included CEO of their reinsurance business in the UK as well as sitting on the Global Management Board and COO of their financial and professional businesses. He also played a key role, as COO, in the setting up of JLT Reinsurance and re-engineering of the aviation business.
After spending 6 years at JLT, Keith went on to become Chairman of a small private equity group in financial services; Fusion AI LLP.
Keith joined JDX in 2016.
Keith is a Non-Executive Director of JDX for Insurance.
John has 35 years of experience in the London insurance market.
Prior to joining JDX, John had various executive and senior manager roles within the Advent Capital (Holdings) Ltd group, Christopherson Heath Ltd (Equity Red Star Motor Syndicate 218) and The Corporation of Lloyd's Regulatory Group.
John has proven extensive change management and leadership skills and a thorough working knowledge of the London Insurance Market operations.
John joined JDX in 2016.
John is a Senior Advisor to JDX for Insurance.
