Sean McGee

Sean is an experienced operations director with over 20 years of experience in derivative and cash operations. Sean has held leadership positions at the Derivatives Consulting Group and Sapient, as well as other operational leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and ABN AMRO N.V. The experience gained from these roles has enabled him to build a thorough understanding of consulting practices coupled with a knowledge of the mechanics of derivatives businesses.
Sean started his career with Swiss Bank Corporation where he worked in Derivative Operations. In 1994 he joined Goldman Sachs where he created and subsequently managed the European Derivative Operations. He also led the original implementation of major initiatives including SwapClear, Markitwire and the DTCC Warehouse. In 2004, Sean joined ABN AMRO to head up their Client Operations globally. He organised the transition of ABN AMRO’s Client Operations from a product-aligned to a client-aligned model. More recently, Sean was a Managing Director of Derivatives Consulting Group where he led the Global Novation Support practice. This practice grew to over 100 people globally.
Sean joined JDX in March 2013 where he is now the Global Head of Sales.
Nicola Chambers

Nicola is an experienced Operations and Change Manager across OTC and Listed Derivatives, with a proven track record in leadership, regulatory delivery, control and end to end process delivery. Nicola has experience of delivering strategy change, a proven background in process re-engineering and enhancement, combined with a strong client and control focus.
Nicola’s experience prior to JDX includes senior roles at UBS and Deutsche Bank. At UBS Nicola initiated, developed and led the client service function for OTC Settlements before transitioning into Listed Derivatives where she was responsible for the Client Service Team. A Director at Deutsche Bank, Nicola had global responsibility for OTC Credit Derivative Documentation where she led the team through a period of change to meet the strict regulatory requirements set by the Federal Reserve. Subsequently, Nicola became the European Head of Global Markets Listed Derivatives at DB.
Since joining JDX in 2012, Nicola has been responsible for a number of key client relationship, as well the development and growth of the Change Management practice to over 70 consultants. In addition, Nicola has successfully delivered a number of assignments across Tier 1 Investment Banks, leading teams within a wide range of initiatives, across Operations, Front Office, Credit Risk and Technology.
Nicola is the Head of Client Account Management as well as leading the Change Management practice.
Tim has extensive experience across financial services and specialises in capital markets, OTC derivatives and operations. He has international experience from being based in New York for over five years. Tim has designed, planned and led industry benchmarks, industry PMOs and has contributed to market-wide exercises to improve automation, standardisation and controls.
Tim began his career working in the hedge fund operations group at Henderson Global Investors where he was responsible for OTC derivatives management. In 2004, Tim joined The Derivatives Consulting Group where he was global head of benchmarking and client Executive for a major US investment bank. In 2007, Tim relocated to New York to open the DCG America’s office where he was Head of Business Development for America. In 2008, when DCG was acquired by Sapient Corporation, Tim led the integration effort in the US and became head of North American business development for Sapient process solutions.
In 2012, Tim set up JDX with Jonathan. At JDX Tim is a member of the JDX board and Deputy CEO.
