Richard is an accredited PRINCE2® Project Management trainer with experience in managing large scale change projects across Tier 1 investment banks and the public sector.

 

Richard has had PMO, Business Analysis and Project Management experience in projects across a range of functions, including; settlements, liquidity, reconciliations, accounting, CASS, CMAR, financial and management reporting. He has defined business procedures and managed through to implementation strategic and tactical IT solutions within project constraints. He currently project manages a team of JDX change consultants delivering strategic change for a Tier 1 investment bank.

 

Richard is the head of JDX Change Management training which incorporates leading the JDX PRINCE® Accredited Training Organisation along with managing and delivering the change management curriculum. The syllabus has prepared over 100 of our consultants on key project documentation, analysis techniques, and industry best practice.
