The JDX graduate programme provides high quality training with a minimum of two years commercial experience. A graduate role within JDX gives you the opportunity to experience real responsibility and exposure to top level financial clients from day one. Our two year programme has been carefully designed to provide everything needed to develop within areas including Regulation, Operations, Accounting and Financial Products. We offer training from providers at the top of their fields in financial services, with years of experience and knowledge ready to impart our graduates.
As you pass through the JDX Academy we will help you to choose the right role and service line for you when you have completed your training. During the programme you can elect to specialise in leadership, operations, quantitative and programming skills or legal.
