JDX Connect is a JDX division set up to in response for client demand to offer hosted services. Our competitive advantage is a combination of the JDX career path together with the expertise of our group companies to offer clients innovative, high quality, hosted solutions.

JDX Connect has three main offerings to meet our client’s needs:

Hosted burst capacity services: Hosted services is providing office space and consultants for our clients. The work will be remediation in nature and similar to current JDX engagements – simply hosted instead of ‘in-house’. Typical assignments would last up to 6 months.

Short term, onshore BAU: These are longer term contracts greater than six months where our staff are both managed and perform BAU tasks for our client’s. These types of projects could be ISDA negotiation or KYC refreshes.

Managed services: We would provide metrics, management and the daily reporting of the project. This for example would be billed on a price per document basis. These engagements typically last 1 – 2+ years.
JDX Connect has hosted offices in London and New York. The office is designed so that each client can have their own, scalable secure area.
JDX Leadership
Team Profiles
Angela has over 15 years in financial services and specialises in Operations management and process improvement in capital markets, OTC Derivatives and middle office functions. Angela has diverse experience across multiple locations including New York, Dubai and London.
Angela began her career at The Capital Group Companies in Los Angeles learning to develop her analytical and technical skills. She then joined Citigroup in New York and managed the global Credit Derivative Confirmation team through a number of industry and regulatory initiatives. Angela then took on the challenge to join Barclays in Dubai where she was able to implement a number of process changes driven by regulatory change across the Barclays Emerging Market Countries. Angela then moved to London to join the Barclays Investment Banking Operations team where she held a number of positions in both operations and the middle office.
Angela is the Global Head of Delivery for the JDX Hosted Projects ensuring successful delivery of JDX Connect projects.
