Devika has in-depth knowledge and a proven background in financial services product development, marketing, operations and management.

 

Devika’s career started at Markit, a leading global diversified provider of financial information services headquartered in London.  Devika’s career with Markit spanned both London and New York, during which time Devika built and developed multiple business lines within Markit including; standardized identifiers for OTC Derivative Confirmations, building new derivative Indices, partnerships with multiple service providers, globally leading Derivative Reconciliations and Collateral Management initiatives. Whilst at Markit, Devika also worked with The Derivatives Consulting Group (“DCG”) on Markit’s industry benchmarking services.

 

Devika has been an active participant on multiple industry panels, contributing to industry papers and actively represented Markit at a number of thought leadership forums. Devika has established herself as a recognised leader in the capital markets industry and has contributed to many of the industry initiatives over the past 10 years that have led to improved automation, standardisation and increased operational efficiencies.

 

Since joining JDX, Devika has helped to establish our New York office and set in place the infrastructure and team that will enable JDX to service our existing and future clients in the Americas, as well as developing a JDX workforce in line with the standards and core values established by our existing workforce in Europe.

 

At JDX Devika is CEO of the Americas and sits on the board of directors.
