Nick has worked in financial services for over 25 years, covering a wide variety of senior middle office and infrastructure roles. He has a broad perspective that covers the transaction process from pre-trade, risk management, trader performance and settlement, through to financial and regulatory reporting.

 

 Nick started his career at KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Nick later joined Salomon Brothers as Head of Fixed Income Trade Support. In 1998, Nick joined Barclays Capital where he was Head of Operations Control and Global Operations COO. As well as rebuilding and developing the Operations Control function, Nick variously led Business Continuity, Reference Data, Operational Risk, KYC/Client Onboarding and Line Operations functions. In 2007, Nick moved to Deutsche Bank and later became Global Head of Middle Office Change, developing and delivering a multi-year program to replace P (L) and sub-ledger processes across the Investment Banking division. He has also led programs to restructure the Middle Office function, as well as relocating nearly 1,000 operations roles to Deutsche Bank’s newly opened Birmingham campus.

 

Nick joined JDX in November 2012 where he acts as CFO for the group.
